Learn how to use electrical stimulation in the Neuro Upper Limb Workshop

This workshop is a practical hands on workshop that will help you understand estim as a treatment modality and give you the confidence to set up patient programs. The workshop will focus on:

1. Understanding Electrical Stimulation (ES), Terminology, parameters, application, Indications and contra-indications

2. Evidence for the application of ES

3. Overview of therapeutic ES interventions

4. Individual and group work to provide opportunities to practice using electrical stimulation for different motor functions and task specific training

5. Designing, implementing and handing over ES programs

6. Case Studies

Workshop includes: E notes, morning tea. Lunch on your own.

You will need to bring your own Neurotrac Rehab device for the practical sessions.
